Leadership Goals

One person can’t do it alone. Our goal as special education administrators should be to enable others to maximize their potential so that together we form a strong team that can sustain and improve the school division over time. We need to continually ask ourselves this important question:  “Will improved learning and performance sustain after I am gone?”  As leaders, we need to cultivate teamwork, collaboration, and systems change so that leadership is shared and progress continues even when we are gone.
