The Council of Administrators of Special Education (CASE) announced Dr. Hayley Mullins as the 2023 Early Career Special Education Award recipient at the Fall Conference in Pittsburgh, PA. She was nominated at the national level after receiving the Mary Lou Wall Award of Excellence for Early Career Special Education Leaders from the Virginia Council of Administrators of Special Education (VCASE) in May.
