Jason Ballum, Esq. was a tireless advocate for special education and a beloved member of our community. To honor Jason’s memory VCASE is proud to announce the establishment of The Jason Ballum Memorial Scholarship. All donations will benefit the scholarship fund established in his name, supporting the next generation of educational leaders.
