VCASE was honored to contribute on April 21-23, 2026, to the CASE Law & Leadership Conference in Atlanta . From breakout sessions to general session panels, our board members are committed to providing the field with top-tier guidance and expertise:
Dr. Craig Pinello (VCASE President), Mrs. Laura Armstrong (SECEP Executive Director), and Mr. Patrick Andriano (Attorney, Sands Anderson) presented on seclusion and restraint lessons and protocols. (not pictured)
Dr. Beth Harman (VCASE, Past President) and Mr. Patrick Andriano led leaders in meaningful discussion regarding challenging communications with critical stakeholders.
Dr. Craig Pinello joined peers on stage to address the most pressing issues in special education today and shine a light on those critical aspects of the profession that “wake special education leaders at 3 A.M.”
VCASE is very proud to see Virginia leadership making an impact on the national stage!
